Your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not directly through Quote Loop.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation.
For refunds on App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, contact Google Play support. For billing errors or Australian Consumer Law claims, email us directly at info@quoteloop.com.au. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. See our Delete My Account page for full instructions.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Open the app → tap the hamburger menu (top left) → Settings. You can update your business name, phone number, and other details from there.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, with encryption at rest and in transit. As our Privacy Policy notes, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We never sell your data, and we only share it with the service providers needed to run the app (such as our database and AI providers). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
