These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quote Loop mobile application and related services operated by Quote Loop Pty Ltd (ABN 67 698 147 205, ACN 698 147 205) ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Quote Loop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Quote Loop.
Quote Loop is a business management mobile application for iOS and Android that provides quoting, invoicing, job tracking, client management, and AI-powered business insights for trade and service businesses.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Quote Loop. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The subscription is A$49.99 per month for users in Australia, after a 7-day free trial. Pricing in other countries is set in your local currency and may vary by region; the exact price applicable to you is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and auto-renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You must use Quote Loop only for lawful business purposes. You must not: reverse engineer the app; use automated tools to access it; upload harmful code; use it to harass or harm others; or use AI-generated outputs as professional financial or legal advice.
Quote Loop and all related intellectual property is owned by Quote Loop Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. You own all content you create in the app.
AI-generated insights and suggestions are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Quote Loop is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quote Loop's liability for any claim is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. If you delete your account, your data is deleted immediately, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted. We may retain limited information where required by law, such as financial records for up to 7 years.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
We may update these Terms with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
