Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data.
No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected users and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may delete your account at any time directly in the app (Settings), which permanently deletes your account and associated data immediately and cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by contacting us at info@quoteloop.com.au. If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. The only exception is limited information we are required by law to retain, for example, financial and transaction records, which may be kept for up to 7 years to meet Australian taxation law. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of Quote Loop after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
