Refund Policy

Quote Loop Pty Ltd · ABN 67 698 147 205 · Effective: 28 June 2026 · Version 1.1

Australian Consumer Law: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

1. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial is free; if you cancel before it ends, no charge is made. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends. Your payment method is managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law or as described below.

We Will Refund You If:

  • Quote Loop has a major failure that we cannot fix in a reasonable time
  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge during free trial)
  • The service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
  • Required by Australian Consumer Law

We Generally Do Not Refund For:

  • Change of mind
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Accidental purchase (contact your App Store directly)
  • Non-use of the service during a billing period

3. Apple App Store Refunds

For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store, refunds are managed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple. Apple's refund decisions are at their discretion. If Apple declines and you have an ACL claim, contact us directly.

4. Google Play Refunds

For subscriptions purchased via Google Play, you may be able to request a refund directly through Google Play, subject to Google's refund policy and time limits. If you are outside Google's refund window, contact us directly for any Australian Consumer Law claims.

5. How to Request a Refund from Us
