This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Quote Loop Pty Ltd governing your use of the Quote Loop application. This EULA is required by Apple and Google for all App Store and Google Play applications.
Quote Loop Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Quote Loop application on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to these terms.
You must not: copy or modify the app; reverse engineer or decompile it; sell, rent, or sublicence it; remove proprietary notices; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app and all intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Quote Loop Pty Ltd or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership to you.
Quote Loop may update the app from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the app. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features.
The app uses third party services including Supabase (data storage) and Anthropic (AI features). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
If you downloaded Quote Loop from the Apple App Store: (a) this EULA is between you and Quote Loop Pty Ltd, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; (c) Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app; (d) Apple is a third party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
If you downloaded Quote Loop from Google Play: this EULA is between you and Quote Loop Pty Ltd. Google is not a party to this EULA and bears no responsibility for the app.
Subject to applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the app is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quote Loop Pty Ltd's total liability under this EULA is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete the app.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
