Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including quotes, invoices, clients, jobs, and business insights, will be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any important information before requesting deletion.
You have the right to request deletion of your Quote Loop account and all associated personal data at any time. This right is provided under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
We are committed to honouring all deletion requests promptly and completely.
There are two ways to delete your account:
Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
Send an email to info@quoteloop.com.au with:
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
If you simply cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account immediately at any time using Option 1 above.
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain information after account deletion where required by law:
Any retained data is kept securely, used only for the stated purpose, and deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through your App Store before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To cancel on iPhone / iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Quote Loop → Cancel Subscription
To cancel on Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Quote Loop → Cancel
